This program is a Flash Movie Maker, completely free full version. when you click on the download below
you have 2 options.
1. OPEN
2. SAVE
I always save it to desktop, a icon will be placed on your desktop, just click on it to install the program
and follow the prompts.
Another reason I always save to desktop should the program stop responding you can re download it by once
again clicking on the icon on your desktop. This applies to any program you download.
